Who we are

Kindred is a private community connecting lung cancer caregivers facing the same driver mutations. We collect only what's needed to help you find supportive matches.

What we collect

• Account: email and password (or Google sign-in)
• Profile: name, mutation, stage, care phase, relationship, location, bio
• Activity: connection requests, messages, blocks, reports
• Payments (if you become a Supporter): processed by Stripe; we never see card details

How we use it

• To match you with caregivers sharing your mutation and situation
• To deliver messages between you and your matches
• To moderate harmful behavior reported by the community
• We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who can see your profile

Other signed-in Kindred members can see your profile fields to support matching. Your email is never shared. Messages are visible only to you and the recipient.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, block users, report harmful behavior, or delete your account at any time. Contact hello@kindred.app to request data deletion.
